Since the major must-see sites are located in the Wulingyuan Scenic Area, we suggest travelers to choose the hotels in central Wulingyuan District, not in the city downtown.
Transportation
There are daily flights between Zhangjiajie and the main large cities like Beijing, Xi’an and Shanghai. The bullet train station in Zhangjiajie took into operation at the end of 2019. It takes about three hours from Zhangjaijie to Changsha by high speed train.
