Direct Amsterdam-Hangzhou Flights Begin

A new direct airline route between east China's Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, and Amsterdam saw its first flight arrive at Hangzhou Sunday.

 

Operated by Air France-KLM Group, a Boeing 777 passenger plane took off from Amsterdam at 3:05 p.m. Saturday (local time) and arrived at Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport at 7:30 a.m. Sunday (Beijing time).

 

The first flight from Hangzhou to Amsterdam left Xiaoshan airport at 1:35 p.m. Sunday and is scheduled to arrive in Amsterdam 11 hours and 35 minutes later.

 

Flights from Hangzhou to Amsterdam will be flown on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Flights from Amsterdam to Hangzhou will be flown on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.

 

Each flight can carry 318 passengers.
