On July 15, Russian Royal Flight launched a new direct flight connecting Hefei, capital of Anhui Province in east China, and Moscow, capital of Russia.

The flight will be operated by Boeing 767 Aircraft. The flight RL601 will leave Moscow Sheremetyevo International Airport at 18:00 local time every Sunday. It will arrive at Hefei Xinqiao International Airport at 7:00 local time next day. The flight time is about 8 hours. The return flight RL602 will depart from Hefei at 9:00 Beijing time every Monday. It will arrive in Moscow at 12:00 local time.

This is the third direct flights between Hefei and Russia launched by Russian Royal Flight. Unlike the other two flights, this route is able to transfer passengers to any European cities within the day through the largest airline hub in Moscow – Sheremetyevo International Airport. This new connection is expected to boost more tourism and trade between Moscow and Anhui, even Russia and China.

Hefei is the political, economic, and cultural center of Anhui. It is the key tourist city of Anhui province and the best place to learn about the brilliant Anhui culture. With a history of over 2000 years, it has a great historical atmosphere. You can visit the home of many famous people such as Zhou Yu, Bao Zheng, and Li Hung-Chang.
